Our year 9 students took on an exciting STEM challenge with the Royal Navy.
In small teams, they were tasked with building a 2m tall freestanding communications tower – complete with a dish – using the equipment provided. With just 15 minutes on the clock, they put their teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills to the test.
To add to the challenge, they later had to dismantle and store everything using only non-verbal communication!
A huge well done to all our students who took part, and a massive thank you to Royal Navy for this fantastic opportunity.
