The academy day at Queen Elizabeth’s Academy runs from 8.30am to 2.55pm, totalling 32 hours and 5 minutes per week.
This includes classroom periods, personal development lessons, assemblies and appropriate breaks.
Students are required to be in the academy ready to begin the day promptly at 8.30am.
The structure of the day is as follows.

In line with the high standards of attendance we expect from students, we expect all students to adhere to these timings, and arrive promptly and prepared for the academy day and all lessons.
We expect punctuality in arriving for the academy day and for individual periods.
We offer a free breakfast club in our hall for students who may need to arrive to school early.
Breakfast Club runs from 7.30am-8.20am each day.
