Last week, we were delighted to host the QEA Christmas Fayre 2025. The fayre was the idea of our student chaplaincy team, who charged £5 per stallholder and chose to donate all proceeds to charity. This raised £45, which students decided to donate to Teenage Cancer Trust, who have since sent us a lovely message of thanks.
Our QEA student enterprise stall raised an impressive £118, which was donated to Emily Harris Foundation, supporting the vital work of King’s Mill Hospital Neonatal Unit.
We were also proud to support QEA student Toni, who ran her own stall to raise funds after being invited to attend a World Scout Jamboree in Poland in 2027, representing our local area. World Scout Jamborees bring young people together to share skills, learn about different cultures, and promote friendship and understanding across nations. Toni has already raised an amazing £1,000 towards this opportunity.
A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the evening such a success – from our students and staff to families and stallholders – and for supporting these wonderful causes.
