Our year 10 hospitality and catering students have had a busy and brilliant start to the half term.
They’ve been getting hands-on in the kitchen, making their own shortcrust and sweet shortcrust pastry to create delicious quiches and chilled lemon tarts.
We think they’re super talented and we can’t wait to see what they make next!
