This week is Children’s Mental Health Week 2018, encouraging children, young people and adults to celebrate their uniqueness. It’s all about #BeingOurselves!

Queen Elizabeth’s Academy is committed to ensuring that we support all students at the academy with their mental health. This is especially important as we approach a crucial time of the year for those students who will be taking examinations this summer. Within the academy there are many ways in which students access help for their mental health if they feel they need extra support. This includes pastoral support from our chaplain, speaking to any member of staff about their concerns, raising issue with their tutors and being signposted to external agencies if appropriate and necessary.
