Why did you become a governor?
I became a governor to support students, staff, and the local community in the pursuit of excellent education.
I thoroughly enjoyed my own time in education and, by becoming a governor, I aim to contribute in whatever way I can to supporting the students in achieving the same experience.
How did you find out about the role?
I heard about the role through Inspiring Governance.
What do you like about the role, and how do governors make a difference?
I greatly value the opportunity to make a positive impact upon the education of our students.
I seek to utilise the skills I have developed as part of my finance career to support the governing body as best I can.
