This week (18-24 May), we have been championing Mental Health Awareness Week here at Queen Elizabeth’s Academy.

This is a chance to reflect on the little things we can do to improve our wellbeing and this year’s theme is ‘kindness’.

We have shared the Mental Health Foundation resources specifically designed to help people look after their mental health during the coronavirus outbreak. There are guides for parents and young people as well as advice for coping with bereavement, loneliness and existing mental health problems.
