As we rapidly approach the half-term break, we held rewards and celebration assemblies in honour of our incredible QEA students.
The rewards and celebrations were linked to ‘attitude to learning’ as at QEA we recognise students’ overall efforts and attitudes throughout academy life, not just the end results they achieve.
We celebrated a total of 290 students with an outstanding attitudes to learning across all year groups – wow!
Students with outstanding AtL in years 7, 8 and 9 were able to choose fun activities to take part in yesterday, from music creation workshops to Just Dance sessions, comic book art sessions, and sporting activities including dodgeball, football and badminton. Just to add to the celebration even further, we also rewarded them with Domino’s Pizza!
Students with outstanding AtL in years 10 and 11 will enjoy their rewards after the half term break – we see the hard work they have been doing!
Rewards and loyalty cards will reset next half term, with so many more events, activities and celebrations to come for our amazing QEA students.
