Our brilliant STEM club students have been hard at work designing and assembling their very own remote control cars and the results are fantastic!
Each car is powered by AA batteries and driven by DC motors mounted on a lightweight laser-cut wooden chassis. Students have learned essential skills in electronics, mechanics and construction along the way.
Next week, we’ll be testing them in action and getting hands-on with the design and build of custom ramp obstacles and a race course.
